Using the Language settings in the Widget tab, you set the text to display in the respective languages. The language detection happens on the page’s HTML lang attribute
Supported languages #
- English – On websites with other than the supported languages, the messages default to English
- Dutch
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Italian
- Portuguese
Locations of these messages #
- Title: the title of the chat window
- Greeting: the greeting message in the chat window
- Tooltip title: the title of the tooltip window
- Tooltip message: the message in the tooltip window
