Communication settings

Already during the initial configuration we described setting of the Store Language. Setting this correct is important to dynamically manage questions in different languages. Next to this setting, there are 2 more fields that may get set:

  • Language Mode
    • Adaptive – if your website is in English and someone starts chatting in Spanish, then answers will be given in Spanish (the product information will remain in English though)
    • Strict – if your website is in English and someone starts chatting in Spanish, then answers will be given in English
  • Tone of voice
    • Formal
    • Friendly
    • Playful
