Already during the initial configuration we described setting of the Store Language. Setting this correct is important to dynamically manage questions in different languages. Next to this setting, there are 2 more fields that may get set:
- Language Mode
- Adaptive – if your website is in English and someone starts chatting in Spanish, then answers will be given in Spanish (the product information will remain in English though)
- Strict – if your website is in English and someone starts chatting in Spanish, then answers will be given in English
- Tone of voice
- Formal
- Friendly
- Playful
