When you install the Corelex WordPress plugin, it syncs your webshop’s product catalogue — names, descriptions, categories, attributes, prices, and stock levels. Only this product data is shared. Never your customer data, orders, or payment information.

Yes. When a customer asks about a product and wants to buy, Corelex can add it directly to their webshop’s cart inside the chat. No redirect to a product page required.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts.

Corelex uses FluentCart for payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as other local payment methods. All payments are processed securely.

The chat widget remains visible but pauses AI responses until your next billing cycle. You’ll receive an alert at 80% of your monthly limit so you’re never caught off guard.

Yes. Corelex is built around a connector registry that integrates with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and custom REST APIs. Connectors can both read data — such as knowledge base articles, open cases, or contact records — and write back to those systems, for example creating a ticket or updating a lead. If you use a platform not yet on the standard list, ask us about a custom connector.

Yes. Corelex is built on Google Cloud and all data — product catalogues, conversation logs, and indexed knowledge — is stored within the EU by default, in Google’s EU region. No data is processed outside your chosen jurisdiction. Tenants are logically isolated, meaning your data is never commingled with another organisation’s. If you require a data processing agreement (DPA) for compliance purposes, contact us and we’ll provide one.

Corelex runs on Gemini, Google’s enterprise AI model, accessed through Vertex AI — Google Cloud’s managed AI platform. This means your queries are processed within Google’s security perimeter, not on a shared public endpoint. We chose Gemini for its strong multilingual performance and its price-to-quality ratio, which allows us to keep per-query costs low across all plan tiers.
