All plans require to register on ucpro.be, also the Free version requires registration. This allows us to validate your registration.
Starting to use Wortlex is very simple. Follow these steps to get started:
Install the plugin #
Once you registered on ucpro.be, download the .zip from the activation e-mail that your receive. Upload the .zip file via WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then click Activate.
On activation, Wortlex automatically scans all active plugins on the site and schedules a sync with the backend (runs 5 seconds after activation). No configuration needed for this.
Activate your license (paid plans only) #
Go to the Wortlex menu in the WP admin sidebar. Enter your license key in the license field and click Activate. The plugin validates the key against the UCPro license server and syncs the site profile with the backend, which determines your plan limits (max websites, max plugins, monthly question quota).
Free tier users skip this step — Wortlex works without a key, using the site domain as identifier, with 20 questions/month and 3 plugins.
Select your plugins #
After the sync, Wortlex shows a list of your active plugins that it has documentation for. You select which ones you want it to support. Your plan determines how many you can activate (3 on free tier).
Any plugin you install or deactivate later triggers an automatic re-sync so the list stays current.
Start asking questions #
The chat widget is now available in the WP admin on every page. A tip of the day appears on login, based on one of your selected plugins in your chosen language.
